What Happens in the Workshop

The workshop process is primarily experiential. Once a client and the facilitator decide together who in the family will be worked with, the client asks participants in the workshop to represent or 'stand in' for the chosen family members.

The client will then place each person in the central space. The spatial relationship that is revealed by this simple placing gives immediate information about the family group. The facilitator is then guided by feedback from each of the representatives. Slowly the process allows a shift in energy and a step towards resolution.

A constellation is a process that goes beyond words, beyond the thinking about how to solve an issue, a problem. It is a way of mapping out the relationships between people and revealing the texture of those relationships.

These one day workshops will provide a space for participants to work on individual issues, whether embedded in family or a work setting.
