You are invited to join these explorations of constellations and self through your world of connections, beginning with 2 half-day sessions in March and 2 half-days in May.
This new personal development offering through experiential learning, Constellation Explorations has been born out of the Study Groups that have run over the last 2 years. However, this year they revert back to running as a module of 4 half-days. Each session will have an underlying container of focus that will hold and build the layers of experiential learning over the modules.
The core of working within the constellation modality is the uncovering of what is not known, what is hidden in the system, be it family, organisational or any other setting. Therefore, the first session on 14th March will explore these questions:
How do we begin to access the unknown?
How do we begin to find out about that of which we do not know?
The underlying foundation of each session in Constellation Explorations, is the offering of a space for a shared exploration of how we inhabit our lives, how we take up space in the world. Here is an intimate space for connection and personal exploration of the deeper levels of self and of constellation work, through experiential learning and embodied support and connection.
A space offered for each of you individually to experience and feel physically a supported connection, in the group each session, but also for the support to continue to be felt in the everyday world outside of the group sessions.
A Space that welcomes:
those new to constellation work
those who already know constellation work
constellation facilitators already working in the field
those already in a family constellations foundation or advanced training
therapists from other modalities to experience this way of working and to borrow some constellation tools for integration into own modality
for body-workers and their clients
A space for each person to:
clarify a rising issue preparatory to setting a constellation
feel self in a group of others who support you and are supported by you
continue integrating your experience of a constellation that you have already set
use this layered experiential submersion in the ‘how’ of constellations, in any way that will be useful for you in your life

Fee: R800 for the full set of 4 Saturdays
